How far in advance should I book your sevices?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weels in advance, especially for weekends or peak seasons. However, feel free to reach out - we`ll always try to accommodate you!
Do you offer customized themes and decorations?
Absolutely! Every event is unique, and we love working with your ideas to create a custom design that reflects your style and vision.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve families and events across Fairfield County, including Trumbull, Stamford, Norwalk, Bridgeport, Westport, and surrounding areas. If your event is outside this area, send us a message - we might be able to travel for a fee.
What is included in your party planning service?
Our planning covers everything: concept creation, timeline management, vendor coordination, and on-the-day support. We make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Can I book just one service, like decoration or face painting?
Yes! All our services can be booked individually or as part of a full package.
Do you work with a budget?
Of course. We’ll always do our best to create something beautiful that fits your budget, and we’ll be transparent about costs from the beginning.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that plans can change. Just get in touch as soon as possible, and we’ll go over your options based on availability and our policy.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is usually due 7 days before the event.
